A moment in time

I see white wash from the waves crashing on the golden soft sand.

i hear the relaxing sound of the tiny waves breaking on the shore and bringing up drift wood.

i think that the water would be nice and refreshing on a hot day.

i hop in a feel the smooth refreshing liquid run around my feet.

i wonder if the is infested in jelly fish shark stingrays or anything that is dangerous.

  1. Hi Hendrix thanks for sharing your poem, it conjures up a wonderful image and makes me think of being on the beaches in Australia. When I visited there last year I had to be careful of those blue stinger jelly fish, they were all along the coastline. Have you ever seen any sharks or jelly fish on our Taipa beach or any of the local beaches in Northland? What would you do if you got stung by one?
